Returns

At Hit Overseas International, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and precision of our custom products. Since we specialize in custom teamwear, martial arts equipment, and athletic apparel, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order.

1. Order Cancellation & Modifications

• Before Production: You can request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before sample/bulk approval.
• During Production: Once a custom order has gone into mass manufacturing, cancellations or design modifications cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are customized to your specific artwork, sizing, and material requirements, standard returns for “change of mind” are not applicable. However, we accept returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

• The item received has a manufacturing defect or stitching flaw.
• The product delivered is significantly different from the approved tech pack or sample.
• Incorrect sizes, colors, or artwork were produced from our side.
• The items were damaged during transit.

3. Return Request Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

2. Provide your order number, clear photos, or a video showing the defect or issue.
3. Our team will review the issue within 24–48 hours and provide a solution (Replacement, Partial Refund, or Full Store Credit).

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return or replacement is due to our mistake (defective product, wrong item sent), Hit Overseas International will cover the return shipping costs or send a free replacement.
• If a return is agreed upon for non-defective reasons, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and duties.

5. Refunds Processing

• Once approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping fees and custom duties are non-refundable unless the error was from our end.
